What timer controls are included in the Speech Evaluator?

In the Speech Evaluator, if the speech being evaluated is a live speech (not a video), a timer occupies an area (section) of the browser window; this area is the same area that has the video when the speech being evaluated is a video (not a live speech).  The timer is used to keep track of the speech duration.  Associated with the timer are various buttons, such as Start/Stop.  In addition, the Speech Evaluator includes enhanced timer controls.  The enhanced timer controls are buttons that provide the following functions:

-      Move forward by 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds

-      Move backward by 2 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, or 30 seconds

-      Move to the next comment in the timeline

-      Move to the previous comment in the timeline

-      Move to the beginning

-      Move to the end
